Come Celebrate!

The journey to opening a pregnancy care centre in Lethbridge has been a long one, and we are so excited to be ready to begin the next phase of this journey: serving clients. Before we open our doors to clients however, we want to give you all the chance to see the Centre that you have supported, given to, and helped us work towards these past two years. We are so thankful for all of your support: the donations you have made and the time you have given. Volunteers are hard at work in the Centre, putting the finishing touches together, and getting everything ready for the Grand Opening Celebration. Join us this Saturday, November 2, from 2-5, to celebrate this long-awaited opening. There will be a short ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:30, with coffee and cake to follow, as well as the opportunity to view the Centre, and see where the work of the LPCC will take place.

There will also be the opportunity for you to financially support the LPCC: As you tour the Centre on Saturdaty, you will notice price tags on the furnishings and decor. If you’d like to give something tangible to the Centre, this is a wonderful way to do that. Consider purchasing a waiting room chair, furniture for a counseling room, or even cups for the volunteers. As you tour the Centre, if you see something you’d like to purchase for the LPCC, simply take the tag off that item, and bring it to the donations table. All donations will receive a tax receipt.
