CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR

The LPCC is a local Christian agency offering compassionate support and education to anyone experiencing unexpected pregnancy, and pregnancy related losses, as well as programs encouraging healthy relationships.  

The Lethbridge Pregnancy Care Centre (LPCC) is seeking an individual with strong leadership skills who displays flexibility, and spiritual maturity to fill the full-time position of Client Services Director (CSD). 

The CSD plays an integral part of our team.  The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to offer compassionate, trauma informed, and confidential care to our clients.  They will give leadership to the Centre volunteer teams, and any staff with direct client contact.  They will be responsible for equipping the client services teams to deliver all LPCC programs with excellence. 

The role is both managerial and pastoral in nature, therefore the successful candidate will display leadership, and organizational qualities, as well as a heart for ministry.

Credentials

• Completion of related post-secondary education in Christian Ministry, Management, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related helping field is an asset.
• Experience in a helping profession, such as Counselling, Nursing, or Social Work is an asset.
• Managerial, Leadership, or Administration experience is an asset.
• Experience as a volunteer or staff person of a Christian ministry or non-profit organization is an asset.
