About Baby's First Year

Baby’s First Year is a 4-week long class that provides a comfortable and pressure-free environment to connect with others who are also learning to navigate the adventure that is parenting. Through the duration of this weekly course, you will gain practical advice, encouragement, the opportunity to discuss questions & concerns, all the while increasing your supports and confidence as a parent.

You’ll cover topics including:

• Family & emotional adjustments
• Physical development
• Food & nutrition
• Goal setting
• Common infant illness
• Parenting styles and more

Classes will be held in person at the LPCC's downtown classroom space.

$25 grocery gift card offered to each client at the end of each session attended.
