Your First Appointment

Whatever your reason for booking an appointment, we want the experience to be as smooth as possible.

We accept walk-in appointments; however, you may need to wait for a bit or schedule a time to come back if we are busy.

Our offices are located at 118 8 St S. Lethbridge. Our doors are locked, so you will need to press the doorbell to be let in. There are two bells available, and either one works.

Once inside, you will be greeted by Karyna or another member of our team.

You will read over our Limitations of Services, explaining what services we do and do not provide.

The next step is to meet with a client advocate who will begin the intake appointment. While going through our intake form, you will explore if our services fit your needs. This appointment is about 1 hour long.

If the LPCC is not a good fit for your needs, we will help connect you with other community resources.

Your client advocate will help you book any follow-up appointments as you leave the centre.

Our goal is to be a safe space for you and your needs. Your first appointment at the LPCC is just the beginning, whether you go on to access practical supports or participate in programs or classes. We hope you leave feeling empowered and supported.
